Fullstack Developer

Fullstack Developer for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
- Significant experience as a full stack developer in a multi-project environment with globally distributed teams with Service-Oriented Architecture, Web- and Microservice, to Continuous Deployment, Agile methodologies and DevOps
- Strong database, data modelling, data analysis, problem-solving and synthesizing skills coupled with competency of Java, Linux, Oracle, GitHub, Nexus, TeamCity, IntelliJ, Jira, Confluence, UNIX/Linux Scripting, HTML5, JavaScript and Python
- Ability to work on different projects simultaneously, communicate with business experts and end-users who might not be well versed in IT
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Driving architecture, standards and guidelines for efficiency and automation initiatives
- Developing applications and features front-to-back in an agile environment
- Optimizing the continuous integration and deployment processes
- Overseeing infrastructure provisioning and the hardware inventory
- Collaborating with and advising Business Analysts, Testers and Management on technical matters
