FRONTEND DEVELOPER

We are currently looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer who has excellent programming skills in JavaScript/Typescript in order to maintain our client's user interfaces of their trading applications. This is a contract assignment in Zurich.

Tasks

- Design, build, test and deploy new solutions features
- Communicate and liaise with key business and IT stakeholders
- Design and development of modern responsive websites and applications
- Act as a consultant with expert knowledge in Front End technologies (JavaScript frameworks, HTML, etc.)

Requirements

- Profound hands on JavaScript programming skills and deep knowledge of current JavaScript frameworks and technologies (Typescript, Node.js)
- Understanding of Unix Operating system and bash Scripting
- Very good knowledge of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3
- Ideally experienced working in the Banking & Financial Services industry
- Good knowledge of Back End integration services and databases such as restful API, MySQL
- Excellent English an absolute must. German a plus.
