Front Office Fixed Income- Project Manager- Global Project Delivery- FOBO

Project Manager required for a leading global project within an Investment Banking team for Fixed Income Front Office.

Team face off to the Fixed Income Trading Desk, Quant's, Risk, Product Control and many other business integral departments.

The vacancy has arisen due to internal mobility of the previous Project Manager to Structure Rates IT.

With business critical project currently on going and 2013's projects already in the pipeline this is an excellent opportunity for someone to come in a make their mark.

This Project Manager will be very hands on with both the Business and IT. You will liaise with the desk heads within all the front office teams as well as tracking your project plans progress with IT on the Development side. You should be well versed in understanding the developers' involvement of your project plans and have the ability to track it against the timelines using your analysis skills. This role is NOT suited to a Project Manager who is only involved in project plans and cannot talk technically to the development lead.

The essential skills to execute this high level role with competence are; Ideally Fixed Income business knowledge, but any derivatives will be considered, a proven track record and delivery in delivery of global projects, the ability to face off to "big" personalities, the ability to influence staff that are not under your management. Any experience in global migration projects around cost savings and batch processes would enhance your application.

Salary range: £75K-110K dependant upon experience
