Front End Web Developer

I am currently recruiting for a JavaScript/Front End Developer to join a Financial Services client on a contract basis in The Hague, Holland.

You will be working within a team of multi-disciplinary developers and designers who are producing innovative web and mobile development influenced by customers feedback. If this sounds like the ideal opportunity for you please read on

Job Description
* To create, assign and track the project [module] work plans for delivery and also provide technical guidance for work completion.
* To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review.
* To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
* To create work plans| monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
* To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.

Key skills required:
*5 to 7 years of overall experience
*Strong proficiency with JavaScript
*Proficient in writing reusable, testable, and efficient code in NodeJS
*Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it (such as Express, StrongLoop, etc)
*Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
*User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, Servers, and environments
*Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
*Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
*Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git or Bitbucket
*Work experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery is an advantag
*Data Integration with DynamoDB (noSQL)
*Exposing APIs using Apigee API Management
*Deploying the application in Amazon Web Service (Lambda)

Job Type: Contract
Start Date: 1st May 2016 to 30th December 2016
Salary: 350 EUR per day
