We urgently require a Front End Functional Application Analyst to work onsite near Dublin
The Front End Functional Analyst will service the end customer with queries and issues that result from their use of the software.
Required Skills:
-Functional Banner Application Skills
- Ellucian Banner Student Management System.
-Knowledge of wider Ellucian applications
-Experience of working in a Higher Education environment
-Excellent communication Skills
-Excellent customer support skills
Desirable Skills:
-Experience with other Student Management Systems
-Knowledge of SQL and Oracle
-Knowledge of Java (Groovy & Grails)
