Front-End Developer/UI Developer Junior Job

FRONT END DEVELOPER/UI DEVELOPER JUNIOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in San Ramon, CA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- HTML5
- CSS
- JavaScript

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Partner and work closely with the Back End development team for seamless integration
- Develop Front End systems with JavaScript, AngularJS, Node.js, Bootstrap, Backbone, HTML5, CSS and MV* frameworks such as, Ember, Dojo, etc.
- Partner and work closely with the User Experience (UX) team to translate wireframes and designs into code

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience building rich, single-page applications using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript (familiarity with Bootstrap & LESS is a plus) consuming RESTful APIs and JSON
- At least five (5) years of professional experience in software and web application development is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Understanding of UX principles and best practices
- Understanding of JavaScript design patterns and MV* frameworks (ie AngularJS, Backbone, Ember, Dojo, Node.js)
