FRONT END DEVELOPER (ANALYTICS)

A Front End Developer (Analytics) is urgently required for a long-term, lucrative freelance assignment with a market leading client based in Utrecht.

The Front End Developer (Analytics) with both Front End experience and (web) analysis experience will work on various optimization processes for the client. The goal of the optimization team is to improve the website based on data and experimentation. This can improve conversion, but also increase customer satisfaction. The Front End Developer (Analytics) will work in a small team of three people, this will provide a lot of freedom to make an impact on the ultimate customer experience.

The Front End Developer (Analytics) will IDEALLY have 70%+ of the following skills and experience:

- Minimum HBO level.
- Javascript and HTML/CSS.
- Experience with Front End development of complex sites.
- Web analysis.
- Analysis tools such as Google Analytics is a requirement.
- Responsive web design is a requirement.
- Optimization tools such as VWO and Optimizely is a plus.
- Making designs independently (UX/VD) that match the desired house style is a plus.
- Experience with tag management tooling (Relay42, Google Tag manager) is a plus.
- Experience with working on the basis of hypotheses (data-driven work) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the limitations of specific browser versions and devices.
- Good planning and estimation of own activities.
- You are a proactive team player but can also work independently

The Front End Developer (Analytics) will be responsible for activities including:

- Analysing usage data 'bottlenecks' on the website and making visual designs to tackle these issues
- Drawing conclusions about what happens on the basis of the data
- Converting designs to AB tests using Javascript, JQuery HTML and CSS
- Develop templates (CSS/HTML) that can be used for future AB tests
