FPGA Design Engineer

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a FPGA DESIGN ENGINEER join our client in Folsom, California.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Memory subsystem design and performance evaluation.
- Design boards and FPGA RTL/logic for a Real Time data collection system.
- Utilize the system to collect data for architecture tradeoff studies and memory controller design.

JOBS QUALIFICATIONS:

- BS/MS in EE, CS, CE or equivalent, including RTL development and FPGA design.
- Years of experience required for this positions: Three to five (3-5) years
- The position requires experience designing logic (in Verilog) for FPGA and integration of the FPGA onto a small circuit board.
- You should be familiar with memory subsystem design, caching and system modelling.

PREFERRED JOB SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:

- Experience in circuit board design, analog circuit design and software development in C/C++ is a plus.
