Key deliverables
- Deliver dashboard datasets for placements (including fostering and adoption), and CIN and child protection.
- Deliver training sessions and relevant documentation on how to specify reports (for data quality and performance) and how to quality assure them
- Assess systems and performance requirements to produce two fully scoped workplans/roadmaps (for Systems and for Performance) across social care and early intervention services
- Create a handbook to document social care systems knowledge and the tasks required to ensure Ofsted readiness
- Ensure delivery of 200 Troubled Families PBRs
