Formulation Engineer

For one of its clients located in Walloon Brabant, we are currently looking for a

FORMULATION ENGINEER

Location: Walloon Brabant

Duration: 3 months (possibility of renewal)

Job Description:

- Coordinates the development of pharmaceutical FORMULATIONS and manufacturing processes.
- Supports qualification and validation activities.
- Oversees the planning, management, reporting and presentation of processes.
- Supports the overall work in the BPhD organization.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Works under general supervision.
- SUPPORT CLINICAL TRIAL (CT) supplies for Cimzia (on-going activity, KPI = 100% on time delivery and in quality)
- Follow up of CT ordering for Cimzia
- Tracking batch release
- Answer all questions related to Cimzia Drug Product (analytical, management of samples & testing) & clinical trials & support
- Remaining activities to CDP6038 (type of molecule)
- Batch release
- Development report
- Setting the frame for scaling up the LYO PROCESS of CDP7657 (step 1)
- Help define Critical Quality Attribute & Process parameters
- Risk assessment to scale up CDP7656 lyo process
- Define mitigation plan & studies to be performed.
- Write the development report
- Define the Aegis structure
- Setting up the associated documentation to process implementation
- Tech transfer protocol & report
- Follow up of tech transfer batch manufacturing
- Follow up of CT ordering for CDP7657
- Tracking batch release
- Answer all questions related to CDP7657 (type of molecule) DP & clinical trials & support (pharmacy manual, )

Requirements:

- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an asset
- Min years' experience required: 5 years.
- International experience a plus
- French is mandatory
- English is mandatory
