FORM F ASSESSOR-NORTH EAST ENGLAND-£1400

My client based in North East England is looking for 3 Form F assessors to join their company; they require assessors to complete 2 assessments per month each. You will be paid £1200-£1400 plus mileage for each assessment you do.

Within this role you will need to complete comprehensive reports on prospective foster carers, present completed Form F's to the panel, record visits, visit referees and make regular contact with prospective foster carers.

You will need to be committed to working within an ever-changing environment ensuring that service users are safeguarded. Essential requirements for this role include being registered with the HCPC, having a qualification in Social Work and at least two years post-qualified experience working in a relevant team, you MUST also have experience of previously completing Form F's; driving licence and vehicle are also required.
