Forensic Investigator

A large regulatory body are looking for a Forensic Investigator to work across 3 business units - Retail, Wholesale and Unauthorised Business.

The Forensic Investigator will be required to:

- advise on aspects of investigations, including strategy, scope and gathering of evidence
- conduct interviews of witnesses and suspects using compulsory powers
- draft and review documents, and provide evidential analysis
- draft and review internal and external documents, and provide evidential analysis
- assist in the preparation of cases for presentation at the Regulatory Decisions Committee and subsequently, the Upper Tribunal or in Civil/Criminal Court

Experience of forensic or regulatory investigations will be essential for this role.

As such, the Forensic Investigator MUST HAVE a proven track record analysing complex evidence in order to form a view as to what action is warranted, what further evidence may be required/available and how it might be obtained, and then then carrying out that action and obtaining that evidence
