Forecast Analyst - Workforce Planning

Reporting to the Workforce Planning Manager you will be responsible for detailed planning of a production group from a workload, budgeting and infrastructure perspective. This includes creation of long term workload forecasting and capacity plans.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have 2-3 years' experience as a Forecast Analyst together with an excellent grasp MS Excel and some exposure to SQL/Crystal Reports/Business Objects.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Build and prepare standard reports and dashboards to measure workforce utilisation and support ratios
- Generate insights and opportunities for improving workforce utilisation
- Forecast future staffing requirements and coverage for leave, secondments, etc.
- Manage and maintain ESG workforce management database

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Experience in workforce planning and analytics
- Strong analytical, marketing and data mining skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain database using SQL and writing reports in Crystal Reports, SQL or Business Objects and Excel.
- Exposure to high pressure/fast paced working environments
- Previous experience in a corporate, Matrix organisation
