To provide on site support within a windows 7 refresh project.
Duties will include deployment to deskside and support to migrated users. Ability to diagnose and resolve issues within a Windows 7 environment .The role also includes the installation of PCs and building PCs to customers requirements,
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Essential:
- Desktop support experience
- Good Customer Service skills/experience
- Windows 7
- Experience of working to SLA
- Ability to adhere to procedures
- Team player
- Problem analysis & resolution skills
