Floor Layer

My Client is a large building maintenance contractor specialising in carrying out responsive repairs, planned maintenance and refurbishment programmes on social housing on behalf of local authorities and housing associations.

Our Client is looking for an experienced Floor layer to join their busy maintenance team.
Duties will include -
Fitting self levelling Latex and Poly Vinyl tiles to Kitchen and Bathrooms.
This is a temporary on going vacancy for a minimum of 12 weeks.
The candidate must have -
CSCS card
Full Driving License
Own Tools
UKATA Asbestos Awareness - Not essential but must be willing to do.

3 month contract with a view to extension
This role requires an immediate start

Hourly rate- £13.00 per hour
