Smartsourcing are looking for a Project Officer for Flood/Coastal/Risk management to work in Poole, Dorset.

The Flood Coastal and Risk management Officer needs to be a good communicator and self motivated. Able to review and interpret information relating to Flood risk. Understand different sources, pathways and receptors of flood risk.

Write desktop reports on communities at Flood risk. Manage contractors/consultants involved in flood risk management projects. Scope options/estimates for potential projects to reduce flood risk understand project management finances and funding processes Soft and hard engineering options for Flood risk projects. Project and programme management of contractors/consultants. Project identification and funding process Financial management/reporting.
