Floating Support Worker

Im currently recruiting for Floating Support Workers to work various ongoing shifts in Sheffield and the surrounding areas.

At Capita we work with a wide range of Care homes that specialize in a number of different areas. These can range from Dementia to people with Challenging behaviour so having the right experience and training is essential.

The main duties of this role will be to provide general support to vulnerable clients within a care home, with the the focus being on supporting and improving the lifestyle and wellbeing of elderly people. Some roles may also require personal care, help with feeding, cooking and daily living skills.

Due to the nature of our placements you must have the following

· Proven track record

· Up to date certificates

· Needs to be a driver

· Minimum of 6 months paid experience

· Be child protection trained with mother and child experience

Various Shifts-Mondays to Sundays

Start date- ASAP

Pay- £7.00 upwards dependent on client and shift
