The Fleet Lead will be responsible for creating an attractive, innovative and coherent strategy for managing the fleet on the franchise. This will be a hands-on role including writing content for the bid itself, whilst also managing other members of the team.
We are looking for a Senior Manager/Director with a Fleet background within the Rail industry. Bidding experience is also required, as are strong people management skills, strong written skills and an ability to think creatively & strategically. Experience of managing the introduction of a new fleet is also required.
