Fitout Project Manager (Q1)

Are you a PROJECT MANAGER with a background in office relocations and renovation experience?  Are you looking for a Fixed Term role within a large corporate organisation?  Do you have prior experience achieving successful project delivery outcomes?

Our corporate client is presently seeking a PROJECT MANAGER on an initial 12 month fixed term contract, however they envisage this project to be approximately 3 years in duration.  To be considered for this role, your experience will encompass the following:

- Extensive leadership experience at a senior level in a relevant Project environment;
- Extensive experience in large scale fitout/renovation and office moves/relocations;
- Experience in managing IT/Construction components of a large scale office relocation;
- Demonstrated commercial acumen;
- Project risk analysis and mitigation skills;
- Ability to adapt to ambiguity and change within a project environment; and
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
