FIT/SIT/UAT Test Lead

ROLE: Test Lead

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

QUALIFICATIONS

- University Graduate.
- Testing Certification (eg ISEB)
- Test Management Tools (HP ALM/HP QC)

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

- A minimum of 3-3.5 years working with Clients. Have experience in dealing with business SMEs, test management, all aspects of implementation of projects and managing staff.

EXP: Overall 6-7 years of experience in testing with a minimum of 3 years test lead experience.

THE TEST LEAD ROLES INVOLVE:

- Daily reporting to work stream test manager
- Defect Triage
- Defect Management (across work streams)
- Configuration Management (across work streams)
- Test Case Uploads
- Ensuring Version Control of test artifacts
- Daily work allocation to test team
- Creation & management of Test Plans
- Verification and dissemination of release notes
- Test Environment Management
- Review of Test Artefacts
- Preparation of Test Plan/Approach
- Preparation of Test Completion report
