Fit Out Coordinator

The main purpose of this position is to manage the fit out of a shopping centre. The successful candidate will be working very closely with a number of our clients high end retailers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop, monitor and control the budget for each project.
- Ensure best practice and health and safety is adhered to at all times.
- Pro actively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks and devise contingency plans as required.
- Manage the end to end project cycle of new stores, re-fits and extensions of stores to a high standard.
- Coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

- Construction/Retail Fit Out experience
- Project Management experience
- Excellent communication & influencing skills
- The ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders and across departments.
- previous experience dealing with high end retail brands.
