For an existing contract with one of our direct clients we are urgently looking for a

FIRST LEVEL SUPPORT IT SERVICE DESK (M/W)

START: ASAP/DURATION: 6 -12 MONTH WITH OPTION FOR EXTENSION/LOCATION: NRW, GERMANY/PROJECTID: 4037

Our customer is a renowned financial service provider of a leading global player in the international automotive industry with billions of turnover. The First Level Support IT Service Desk ensures the customer satisfaction with the resolution. You will provide technical support, iefrom initial handling of the call through to technical resolution and managing all incidents and service requests.

YOUR TASKS:

- Providing technical support, ie from initial handling of the call through to technical resolution
- Providing support via telephone, email and remote Desktop
- Manage all incidents and service requests, troubleshooting and problem resolution
- User and systems administration
- Delivery of first class customer service, ensuring the customer is satisfied with the resolution

YOUR SKILLS:

- Experience in IT Service Desk on 1st Level
- Project experience in providing support for via telephone, email and remote Desktop
- Experience in call logging, ticketing and service management systems
- Project experience from international projects
- Good knowledge in Windows 7/10, Active Directory, Office 365 including email
- Experience in SCCM is a real bonus; Experience in Airwatch, RSA SecurID is a plus but not mandatory
- Self-confident personality and solution-oriented working style with a lot of initiative, analytical thinking skills and a quick comprehension
- Communicative team player with hands-on mentality and assertiveness
