FIRST LEVEL SUPPORT IT WANTED WITHIN AN INTERNATIONAL BANK IN ZURICH.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Informatics (university, college)
- Know-How in the Banking area as well as working experience in User Support
- ITIL V3 knowledge would be an advantage
- Proactive team-player with high customer and service focus and excellent communication skills
- LANGUAGES: FLUENT GERMAN AND ENGLISH BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN, French and/or Italian skills would be a plus

YOUR TASKS:

- Handling support tickets in RM Ecosystem
- Supporting relationship managers in the procedure of the application
- Solving and tracking of incident tickets, along with escalating to 2nd-level for in-depth analysis
- Collaborating with interfaces, relationship managers and 2nd-level support
