For one of our clients we are looking for a First Level Customer Support.
Position goals:
Support application owners/testers with questions related to SW Packaging/SW Distribution/Virtual machines
Required skills:
- Basic/mid-level SW packaging (msi/AppV)
- Basic/mid-level SW distribution (SCCM)
- Basic/mid-level understanding of Citrix/Virtual machines
- Good communication skills, good English, ability to work with stressed/difficult customers, always polite.
- Responsible and able to respect deadlines. JIRA knowledge is desirable, but not a must.
Any other important information:
Location can be anything as long as time zone is Zurich, remote work is acceptable.
