Financial Support for Controlling and Accounting (50%) (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Check payments reception, post them to the right customer and assign them to the right invoice
-Check if new orders are on hold. Analyze the situation and initiate the escalation procedure for approval of releases
-Record the new credit limits customers in SAP
-Prepare the monthly reports (Sales, A/R, expenses, etc) for Management Centers
-Process the Purchase Requests / Purchase Orders for 3rd party business indirect purchases
-Scanning and filing of Travel Expense Claims
-Scanning, posting and filing of invoices

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Working experience in finance
-Great communication skills in English, with German being a strong asset
-Basic knowledge of SAP (FI/CO module) and good command of MS Office software application
-Strong orientation towards actions, solutions and results with a can do attitude
