Job Description

My Client, a market leader in financial services, looking for a PeopleSoft Business Analysts to join the company's Business Analyst (BA) group. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a niche market leader in a firm-wide system implementation of PeopleSoft.

Business analysts typically gather and analyze business requirements to a level of detail that is differentiating and unique. Both process-oriented and quantitatively literate, they are involved in all aspects of requirement analysis, application design and system testing. We are looking for Business Analysts with the right mix of skills and experience to contribute to our business analyst group.

Responsibilities

* Gather and analyze business requirements by working closely with Front/Middle/Back office clients
* Leverage prior experience/expertise and knowledgebase to advise clients on specific problems with creative solutions
* Motivated and committed to succeed in tightly knit/globally distributed teams to meet tight deadlines from functionally demanding clients
* Learning about alternative investment industry and generating ideas to grow client footprint/new product ideas

Desired Skills & Experience

Qualifications

* 2+ years Business Analyst experience
* 2+ Years PeopleSoft experience
* Experience with DOORs and HPQC preferred
