Further to the acquisition of a new business stream, our Financial Services Organisation Client has restructuring to incorporate a dedicated Change Management function to facilitate organisational and people change due to the introduction of new ways of working, new processes, and organisational design. This has created the need for a Business Change Managers who will face off to each impacted area of the business, with responsibility for ensuring a safe and successful transition to the new business stream.
The role will involve managing the Communication, Training and Contingency Plans, managing People, Business and Technology change, stake holder management, implementing training plans, managing key dependencies, risks and issues, data and systems changes, working to tight deadlines.
Candidates must have held a similar role where they were responsible for large organisational change, ideally in a financial services or related business and will ideally have worked for a large consultancy in a change capacity in the past. This is a key role to help facilitate major organisational change in a high profile organisation.
