Financial Reporting Analyst

Capita's key Utility client is currently recruiting for a Financial Reporting Analyst for an initial 6 month engagement to be based in Hove. The role is available due to a member of the current team leaving their post.

This role is going to be separated in to working over two digital projects. We are looking for a candidate with a very strong financial acumen, coupled with monitoring budget and costs. You will be working closely with the Project Managers on forecasting and managing PO's and WO's.

Key Criteria

- Forecasting the budget
- Tracking budget spend against the forecast
- Raising PO's
- Tracking invoices against WO's and PO's
- Assist with the creation of EEPW documents, especially Investment Case and PID
- Setting up new users
- Arranging workshops
- Weekly and monthly reporting Administration of the Project workspace and document storage system (SharePoint).
- Responsible for the monthly maintenance and updates to the DPL (Digital Projects List)
- Strong experience of managing budgets
- Budget forecasting using the Financial Demand Plan
- Tracking of budget spent in the Financial Demand Plan
- Raising and tracking PO's and WO's
- Reporting
