Financial Director

The Opportunity
We are looking to appoint a talented Financial Director to lead a key business Unit within one of Capita's fastest growing divisions. Your role will be to build relationships with key stakeholders and drive improvements in operations, IT and Finance. This is a commercial role that requires operational efficiency and financial excellence.

Your profile
You will be a qualified accountant working within a high volume, transactional BPO organisation. You will have drive and ambition and the motivational and leadership skills to build and sustain and large payroll, billings and core finance team. As part of a leading FTSE-100 business, corporate reporting and forecasting are key requirements and you will need to be confident in your abilities in this area. In return, you will have the autonomy to perform and the recognition that your performance merits.

Key Responsibilities:
. To provide financial management and control for a key Capita business.
. To provide financial leadership on the management team.
. To provide financial management and due diligence to commercial discussions and change projects.
. To implement appropriate levels of cost control and drive income across the businesses.
. To lead and develop the finance, payroll and billing teams
