You must have experience in Asset Management & SOX.
1) Implementing and maintaining a robust control framework globally. To embed risk and control ownership in the first line of defence. To improve the quality of the control environment and provide assurance over controls to senior management.
2) Managing the Financial Reporting Control Framework (FRCF) submission to Group to support listing compliance (Sarbanes Oxley). Involves delivery of the FRCF risk assessment, process and control design adequacy, operational effectiveness testing and monitoring and reporting of control deficiencies.
Delivering the SOC1 (Service Organisation Control type 1 - former SAS70) reporting requirements
The salary is £60000 but comes with an exceptional benefits package.
