Financial Controller (m/f)

-The administrative and controlling activities, in relation to budget, WIPs calculation, agreements and contacts with the holding company, customers, suppliers, banks
-The activities required in order to produce the regular reporting package, the annual financial report, including co-operation with internal and external auditors and tax consultants
-All financial sources, managing the incomes, the disbursements and the liquidity balance of the company
-Monitoring project costs and revenues, time recording data collection and evaluation
-Providing updates to the CEO and the involved functions about the financial and administrative status of the company
-Accountability for the quality of work, meeting required quality and performance standards, completing all assigned tasks in the most efficient and effective manner
-Maintaining effective, productive communication and working relationship with all members of the Department and staff in other functions
-Accounting, Taxation laws, Finance, Controlling
-Extensive experience in the Finance field, including management-level
-Previous experience in Public Accounting Firms
-Word and Power Point, excellent use of Excel and good knowledge of Datev
-Excellent command of English and German in written and spoken
