FINANCIAL CONTROLLER - IT CONSULTANCY - £250 PER DAY

MY CLIENT, A GROWING IT CONSULTANCY, IS CURRENTLY SEEKING A PROVEN FINANCIAL CONTROLLER TO REPORT TO THE CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE DAY-TO-DAY MANAGEMENT OF ALL COMPANY FINANCES, PREPARING FINANCIAL REPORTS AND ACCOUNTS, AND FINANCIAL MODELLING INCLUDING FORECASTING.

To be successful, you will be fluent in the use of QuickBooks and possess, or be in the process of qualifying for, a recognised accountancy qualification. Ideally you will have experience in defining and implementing financial governance processe and financial modelling and forecasting for growth/expansion.

You will be responsible for:

- Creation of statutory accounts (VAT/payroll/company accounts) to Trial Balance
- Preparation of all financial reports; including forecasts
- Creditor and debtor management
- Monitor all financial targets within the company, including management accounts
- Management of all day to day financial transactions (eg payroll, supplier payment)
