Our client, a global leader within the pharmaceuticals industry, are looking for a financial analyst to join their team on a contract basis

Financial Analyst - Roles and Responsibilities:

- To ensure that GRNI open items for the PTC are minimized and cleared in a timely manner
- To ensure that ageing of GRNI open items is no older than three months
- To work with the Supply Chain Hub (SCH) and GMS supply sites to manage and resolve issues related to third party stock receipts
- To assist the PTC Stock Accountant in the analysis and investigation of open PPV and inventory revaluation balances.
- To be the primary point of contact with Genpact P2P for all VIM errors that affect processing of inbound invoices and credit notes in the PTC
- To support the PTC Stock Accountant in dealing with all stock-related activities, including provisions, write-offs, gains & losses, and sundry invoicing.
- To assist the Stock Accountant in the collection and maintenance of standard prices on CERPS for all SKU's that PTC owns

Financial Analyst - Essential Skills:

- Desired Degree in Business/Finance subject area
- Comfortable with Finance Systems, excellent Excel skills
- Knowledge of SAP accounting and reporting tools
- Strives for excellence and continuous improvement

Desirable:
- Understanding of manufacturing organisation
- Understanding of operations within a large multinational corporation
- Demonstrable track record of achievement and delivery to deadlines
- Self reliance and ability to operate on own
- Willing and able to perform detailed work, but maintaining overview
