Financial Analyst - Must be Fluent/Native German Speaker - Germany

Financial Analyst is required by pour global IT services client ASAP

We urgent require at least 1 x Fluent German speaking Finance Analyst to join a major IT project working within the finance team

In the Finance division, our reporting and controlling teams are working on tasks like asset management, financial integration of mergers and acquisitions as well as USGAAP-and local statutory reporting. Thereby, the objective is to display all business activities in a financial correct and transparent manner.

Description of the main tasks and responsibilities:

- preparation of German Statutory Accounts
- ensure integrity of the balance sheet for dedicated accounts under US GAAP and HGB
- P&L analysis
- Month end close activities
- Support of German tax audit

Essential skills and experience required for this role:

- Qualified statutory accountant (CPA or equivalent) under German Commercial Code (HGB) and US GAAP
- Several years years experience as financial analyst in charge of the preparation of German Statutory Accounts ideally for US based companies or as financial auditor for a German audit company
- Sound knowledge of German tax law
- Language skills: German and English fluently both in spoken and written language
- Excellent business application skills (SAP, BW, DATEV, Addison, MS Excel, MS Access)
