Financial Analyst Job

SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Mission Hills, CA.

Top Skills Should You Possess:
- Accounting/Finance skills
- HMO experience

What You'll Be Doing:
- Monthly management of financial activity including various capitation payments
- Handling shared risk analysis, provider incentives, claims analysis, journal entry preparation, account
- Medi-Cal, Medicare and MHC knowledge

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelors in Business Administration or Finance
- Must have Accounting/Finance Background
- Must have at least four to eight (4-8) years HMO experience
- Must have Medi-Cal and Medicare Knowledge
- QXT experience preferred
- Excellent advanced PC and database skills including Excel, Word and Access
- Extensive knowledge of capitation Shared Risk
- Demonstrated ability to work with complex databases
