Financial Analyst Job

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a FINANCIAL ANALYST to join our client in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide financial support in terms of tools and systems and data management including monthly closings (accruals, actual vs. forecast performance), project approval and tracking, and other financial planningextrapolates pertinent trends, impacting organizational effectiveness and incorporates understanding into decision criteria

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university (Area of specialization: Accounting or Finance).
- Two to six (2-6) years of diversified financial/accounting experience
- Knowledge of systems and competent in data management (databases, organization, accuracy, control)
- Core knowledge of accounting, financial modelling and analysis essential.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, budgeting techniques and reporting procedures
- Applies appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to influence and build effective relationships with peers in finance and control.
- Able to work in a multifunctional team environment
- Able to effectively juggle competing priorities, with consideration to highest level of business impact.

PREFERRED JOB SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:

- MBA is a plus
- SAP is a plus.
- CPA is a plus
