FINANCIAL ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in FT. WORTH, TX

THE BIG PICTURE- TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Finance/Accounting Degree, or equivalent experience, with an emphasis in Media preferred
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Wide Orbit Traffic and SAP or demonstrated ability to adapt to new systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- Fluent in Spanish is a HUGE Plus
- Upbeat Personality Positive Attitude, and Energetic
- Recent college graduates considered

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The Analyst, Credit and Collections is responsible for administrative and analytical support for the client owned TV Stations Ad Sales Receivables organization.
- Maintain customer data, process order approvals and A/R transactions, as well as reconcile customer accounts
- Report to the Senior Manager, Credit and Collections
- Review, for completeness and accuracy, all new customer set-up requests as well as change requests (address, name, etc.) to existing customer accounts in Wide Orbit Traffic and SAP Financial systems
- Prior to billing, collaborate with Sales and Traffic departments to ensure billing accuracy.
- Post billing; work with Corporate NBCU team to clear error-suspense
- Monthly, mail statements/dunning letters to customers.
- Monitor cash-in-advance and inhibited accounts for Credit Managers and release Sales orders as needed
- Process billing adjustments and demand bills for over thirty NBCOTS properties
- Process credit card workflows
- Support Credit Managers with refund and bad debt offsets and workflows
- Track and distribute customer refund checks for entire NBCOTS A/R organization
- Manage and respond to ad hoc internal and external customer requests
- Provide back-up coverage and support for team members
- Support client owned TV Stations Sales and Finance organizations as needed

- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external clients, including Sales, Finance, Senior Management, agencies and advertisers
- Detail and process oriented with strong analytical skills
- Motivated self-starter; ability to work independently and as member of a team
- Willingness and ability to drive change and process improvement
