Financial Analyst - 3 Month Contract (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-As Financial Analyst you report in to an IPO Finance Manager, based in Geneva, Switzerland
-The primary responsibility of this position will be forecasting, analysis and reporting related to marketing operating expenses with emphasis on Business Partnership, Budget Control, Variance Analysis, and Decision Making Support
-Accounting Close – Perform monthly close activities including working with accounting teams to book any required accruals, prepayments, or re-classifications
-Forecasting and Planning – Directly working with marketing budget holders to manage operating expenses
-Reporting - Ensure accurate and timely communication of key financial metrics to business partners
-Tracking Performance – Keep a regular pulse on the business as well as understand and communicate risks and opportunities
-Analysis – Ongoing variance analysis of results vs. plan and forecasts for internal management and central corporate teams
-Other ad-hoc analysis as required to support management decision making
-Business Partnership – Act as cross-functional liaison between IPO FP&A, budget holders, corporate FP comfortable interacting with executives
-Able to handle multiple and sometimes competing priorities
