Are you looking for an opportunity to take a deep dive in Finance and Reporting? Would you like to grow your technical Finance skills and (finally) use the skills you learned years ago? In that case, you will be pleased to see that Janssen Business Services is recruiting for a financial analyst
The main responsibilities are:
Support the accounting & reconciliation of multiple MRC's
Create sales orders/purchase orders in Lynx
Netting: settle the intercompany payments
Global mobility: cross charge of costs for GBSC Global Service Center
Back up AR
Support the Finance Manager as required in ad hoc activities;
Drive various process and quality improvement initiatives;
Ensure Compliance for all areas of responsibility.
Non Technical Skills
Degree in Finance/Economics
Good knowledge of systems (SAP, Excel)
Strong communication skills and team-player
A good knowledge of English both verbaland written
Able to work autonomously under tight timelines, prioritizing efficiently and correctly
Good team player, willing to help-out in other teams as team member.
High energy, open and flexible, results-oriented who can set and meet deadlines
