We are looking for an experienced FINANCIAL ANALYST to help manage the business for a broad and growing portfolio of games in development and in market. The best candidate is someone experienced in finance and accounting who is keenly interested in video games.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Game, portfolio, and studio level P&L modelling, reporting, and analysis
- Game monetization reporting and analysis
- Opex, Revenue, and COGS reporting and forecasting, as well as long range planning
- Interact with Finance and individual production teams to track and allocate expenditures against budget
- Developer royalty advances, milestones, and earned royalties payment management

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- 2 years financial management or analysis experience
- Previous experience providing finance support to senior-level business partners
- Advanced level Excel skills, with an emphasis on pivot tables.
- Strong financial analytical and problem solving skills, with a prior history of driving impact through actionable analysis
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with delivery deadlines.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally in written and in-person forums
- High attention to detail, pride in data accuracy, and a proven ability to work within, and meet tight deadlines
- Previous experience with Microsoft financial reporting systems/tools a plus

THE TOP MUST HAVE SKILLS:

- Strong finance background and business savvy
- Excel expertise pivot tables and power pivot
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Loves playing games and is keenly interested in the video games industry

EDUCATION PREFERRED:

- BS/BA degree in finance or accounting or related field
