This role/team will play an integral part in:
- Analysing a company's financial and operational strengths and weaknesses including leverage, key risk factors, balance sheet analysis.
- Reviewing and assisting in previous agreements, transactions and existing documentation related to previous and future transactions of complex products.
The ideal candidate for this role will be the following:
- Specialist qualification in a numeric/accounting field
- ACA/ACCA, CFA, CIMA or equivalent
- Strong Banking/hedge fund background
- Strong advanced Excel and Access/VBA technical skills (SQL a strong bonus)
- Exceptional Analytical and documentation preparation skills
