OUR CLIENT IS THE NORTHWESTS MOST RECOGNIZED SOFTWARE COMPANY SEEKING A FINANCIAL ANALYST FOR AN EXCELLENT CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY.

Job Description:

- Run monthly spend reports for assigned groups and reconcile with Finance
- Partner with Finance to provide quarterly forecasting
- Manage all lab and cloud hosting charges
- Handle monthly, quarterly and year-end reconciliation of spend data and ensure dollars are classified accurately complete internal transfers, reclasses and adjustments as needed
- Manage and track all internal x-charges
- Manage all internal order and/or cost center requests

Key Skills Needed:

- Detailed oriented and organized as this role will be working with financial numbers and data
- Experience with Excel including setting up data connections, pivot tables, formulas, charts and graphs (SQL experience a plus)
- Degree in Finance and/or Accounting
- Collaborative, works well with others as this resource will be working closely with the Procurement and Finance teams
- Basic knowledge of Word and SharePoint
- General understanding of accounting principles (GAAP), CAPEX/OPEX
