My client, a leading telecommunications giant, are looking to recruit for a Financial Administrator, to be based in Barlborough, Chesterfield.

The Key purpose of the role is maintaining customer contracts and assisting in the running of the Contracts Administration function ensuring that all duties are completed to the required standard and timescale. You will prepare new orders/contracts and amendments to existing contracts and assist in developing ongoing Projects within the Department. Dealing with general enquiries from customers and internally from Sales/Credit Control and raising purchase requisitions to specialist sub-contract suppliers, ensuring these details are entered against the contracts on the internal system.

For this role you will have demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to interpret commercial contracts. Previous invoicing experience will be beneficial alongside attention to detail/accuracy is paramount.
