Finance Workflow IT Project Manager

For a worldwide luxury company, NextLink Solutions is looking for a Finance Workflow IT Project Manager.

Starting date: February 2018

End date: June 2018

Location: Geneva and Bienne

You will develop a validation workflow for the financial investment requests of the two sites in Bienne and Geneva. This mission will therefore have to be carried out in Bienne and Geneva, depending on the needs of the project and the availability of the actors.

The objectives of the project are:

Create 3 validation workflows:

Bienne: Request for projects, without valuation

Geneva: Financial commitment with 2 branches

- Investment request with valuation
- Request for additional budget with valuation

Create forms initiating validation workflows.

Use the SAP portal for the ergonomics of the forms, which must conform to the one applied for the invoice validation workflow (SAPUI5 technology).

Integrate in SAP financial data (valuations) from validated requests (for the Geneva flow), in a dedicated budget version.

Allow a follow-up of the requests in progress.

Define an architecture that will eventually allow (another project) to automatically extract financial data in BI and provide this data via a web service.

You should have experience in:

Project Management

SAP FI

Finances Workflows

Proficient English and French are mandatory

You will be provided with an explanatory documentation of flows and vision of the current ergonomics.
