FINANCE SUPPORT

ROLE

- Support the management of relationships with internal and external stakeholders in ways that enhance my clients reputation
- Support the team to identify and utilise/resolve: successes, learning, problems and areas for change and improvement
- Proactively seek to understand the interdependencies and connections the function has with other functions and teams, identifying and responding to the needs of all customers

DUTIES

- Process various financial transactions generated by my client to time and quality standards, including but not limited to  purchase orders, journals, Travelex payments, billing documents, customer and vendor creation transactions ensuring client and corporate standards and policies are met.
- Respond to queries from internal/external customers relating to any type of financial transaction, resolving these quickly and efficiently in ways that enhance  my clients reputation
- Support Finance Executives through the provision of financial administration tasks, including but not limited to collation, analysis and reconciliation of financial data for inclusion in client statement of accounts and management reporting; contract start up and closure processes; preparation and follow up of audits;  gathering financial data for the development of financial proposals/costings
- Develop and manage effective working relationships with peers in the Finance Hubs to help ensure shared understanding of needs and priorities and compliance with the Operational Level Agreement
- Actively identify and champion areas for change or improvement, including any blockages in service delivery, taking appropriate action to minimise the impact on customers

REQUIREMENTS

ESSENTIAL

- Account Payables experience
- SAP
- Team Player
- Relationship Building
- Microsoft Excel to Pivot Tables and V Look up
