Finance Project Manager

Harvey Nash are a global Professional Services provider in the areas of Technology and Engineering Recruitment and Outsourcing. For our client, a global Telecommunications company in Munich we are currently looking for a Finance Project Manager to join on the basis of a long-term freelance relationship. For the role we are ideally searching a Project Manager who has a sound understanding of German Tax systems and a background in Finance (m/f)

Project Start: asap
Project duration: 6 Months
Location: Munich
Task description :
-Long experience in running accounting relevant project
-Decent project management skills
-Experience in Benefits in Kind
-Tracking of progress
-Independent Management of the BIK project
-Heading the SnM (Sales and Marketing) Workstream of the project
-Delivery of training (groups of up to 20 people)
-Review and Finalization of Tax Matrix for all Benefits in Kind
-Correction of prior years regarding tax consequences

* Determination of correct figures for 2013-2015
* Documentation of correction for prior years
-Documentation of new processes
-Review and improvement of processes after Q1 2016
-Reconciliation of invoices with SAP(for reporting)

* Completeness check
* Documentation for future VAT audits
Background:
-3+ years experience in running projects
-Strong Finance background (especially Wage Taxation and employee benefit taxation)
-Group work and managing small-medium sized groups

Soft Skills :
-Good inter-personal skills
-Fluent German for documentation
-Written and spoken English know-how is demanded
-Proactive attitude
-Ability to work within large teams as well as focus on individual goals
