A Finance Planning and Performance Manager is required to develop and implement our client's performance management framework to support organisational high performance and continuous improvement. You will play and active part as a member of the Finance Services Directorate management team and will develop and provide corporate performance management information resources to support the strategic monitoring and review of organisational performance. You will take a lead role in developing service planning framework, ensuring effective cascade of strategic objectives to directorate delivery plans and be responsible for the collection, analysis, interpretation and dissemination of performance indicators
