Finance Manager - London - £200 per day - 6 Month Contract

Finance and Payroll Manager - Covent Garden, central London - £200 per day - 6 month contract.

The Ashdown Group have been engaged by an established organisation in Covent Garden to assist in their search for an experienced Finance Manager with very strong payroll operations experience.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will oversee the day-to-day processes of the Finance Team whilst taking a hands on lead on all payroll operations. You will also be responsible for producing some of the monthly management accounts and also for developing and operating the company's finance systems.

Some of your core responsibilities will include;

- Managing three payrolls, including a significant temporary payroll.
- Manage the Sales Ledger Assistant and Finance Assistant.
- Support year end audit preparations.
- Review all finance processes and recommend changes.
- Manage all aspects of pension administration.

To be successful in this role, you will have an accountancy qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA) and experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of being able to manage change effectively in accounting processes. You should be a confident user of Word, Excel and accounting packages.

The rate is £200 per day for this 6 month contract, with a strong chance of the role going permanent for the right person.
