Finance Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join a vast growing recruitment division of our large FTSE100 organisation for a 3 month contract to permanent position.

Responsibilities:

* To provide financial support and guidance to profit centre and business unit directors/managers

* To lead all financial aspects within the division and support the business as necessary

*To develop, implement, review, monitor and analyse initiatives for the business to meet its continuous improvement targets.

* Month end financial process, providing insightful commentary on key monthly variances for the results and presentations to the business where appropriate.

* Produce monthly Divisional financial reports and other ad-hoc reports

* Facilitate the monthly reporting consolidation process with the Finance Director

* Monthly forecasting process and the annual business planning process

* Business partner to internal teams and divisional/group teams (including any shared service) as appropriate.

* To assist in external & internal audits and ensure all aspects of compliance and control are met.

* To contribute on the development of any financial models to evaluate the financial case for any proposed changes or commercial developments

Essential Experience/Skills:

The successful candidate should be qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA Accountant with good academics and large company background (Recruitment highly desirable) Strong staff managment experience required also You will be an experience Finance Manager ideally with experience of project accounting This is a key role in a fast growing business environment.

Desired Experience/Skills: use of Axiom and SAP.
