Finance/IS Business Analysts x 4

Our Client, a central Government department requires a further four Business analysts to:

A) Carry out business process analysis, redesign and implementation.
B) Ensure international representation in the systems decision-making process.
C) Ensure good quality communications between the users of international systems and technical teams.
D) Managing small to medium size projects to change business process and systems from the business perspective. Effective change management of business processes & international systems will have a positive impact on programme staff across the International Division

1. Ensure business processes and systems support international staff in their work.
2. Prepare business cases for proposed investments in systems.
3. Work with stakeholders to analyse, redesign and approve changes to business processes.
4. Work with stakeholders to specify, document and approve requirements for changes to information systems.
5. Manage user acceptance testing of system changes (including test planning, development of detailed acceptance scenarios & tests, coordination of test teams, logging issues, documenting and presenting test results).
6. Support implementation of new processes and system functionality including communications and provision of training materials for users.
7. Provide systems support and problem solving (as backup to the second level support function).
8. Work with users and ISD to maintain and report against service level agreements.
9. Provide regular progress reports to management.
